PRODUCT MANAGER MEDICAL DEVICES - SURGICAL WORKFLOW (M/F/D)

Overview

In this field-based Product Manager role, you drive the Surgical Workflow product line by aligning market needs with internal teams. You'll promote products through direct customer interactions, support launches, and ensure local execution of global marketing. The position focuses on market insights, tender processes, and cross-functional collaboration to grow the business and improve patient outcomes. It offers field exposure, international context, and direct impact on strategic initiatives in healthcare technology.

Responsabilità

• Drive product promotion through field demonstrations and customer interactions
• Train and support the sales force throughout the sales cycle
• Adapt and implement global marketing strategies at a local level
• Develop and execute the local marketing plan in line with business objectives
• Support new product launches and ensure market adoption
• Represent the company at congresses, conferences and industry events
• Collaborate with international teams to share insights and best practices
• Prepare and manage technical documentation for public tenders
• Define product configurations in collaboration with sales teams
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant submissions
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs
• Identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Track product line performance and contribute to forecasting
• Support pricing strategy within global guidelines
• Travel: Daily travel required with frequent overnight stays

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Product Management role
• Experience in operating room environment is a strong plus
• Fluent Italian and professional English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong business acumen
• Strong marketing and product positioning capabilities
• Tender management and technical documentation for public tenders
