The GroupBlueprintadherence is in accordance with the standards set bybGlobal Demand Planning Centre of Excellence /band in alignment with the Operational Excellence initiatives. Equally important, you will be responsible for monitoring bDemand Planning Performance and Model Adoption /bwithin theEurope Area and execute Demand Planning activities in close collaboration with the Markets. /p h3Main Responsibilities: /h3 pCovering this role, you will support the generation of baseline for the Regions’, using statistical tools and drive the adoption in each Region of the Europe Area, ensuringbconsistent deployment of Global Templates /b, in alignment with the Operational Excellence initiatives. /p pEqually important, you will represent thebcenter of statistical expertisefor theEuropeArea /b, equipping the key stakeholders with the capabilities required to deploy theGroup Templatesas well asdevelopprocess standards manuals ensuring understanding ofEuropeArea context and business environment. /p pFurthermore, you will bdeveloping expertise on key drivers and variables impactingthe modeldevelopment /bby category and type of customer unit, sharing best practices across Regions/Countries. /p pMoreover, you will bmonitorperformance and KPIs /b, ensuring they align smoothly with the Global Centre of Excellence. This role supports defining and cascading related KPIs toregions and serves as the primary contact for demand expertise on monitoring, control, and root cause analysis at theEuropeArea level. /p pRegarding the Demand Planning Baseline Generation, you will bset up statistical forecasts /b in collaboration with the Area Demand Planning Hub team, the Global COE and Demand Planners in the markets. /p pYou will also work in bcollaboration with markets to ensureunderstanding of the baseline and enable uplift definition /bas well as demand consolidation and communication with Area outlining main drivers and trend explanations. /p h3About You: /h3 pYou will bring yourbMaster’sDegree /bbin any Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain/Statistics/Economicsrelated field /bandsome binitialrelevantexperiencesin /b bdemand planning /b, driving demand forecasting with stakeholders. /p pYour capability to interact using anbadvancelevel of English /bwill enable you to perform your daily activities, combined with your excellent communication and negotiation skills. /p pIf you are interestedto workin a dynamic environment, actively contribute to Group Demand Planning Strategy definition, then this might be the right role for you! /p h3What we offer: /h3 pThe role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €43.249.
