Overview
In questo ruolo, supporterai la crescita di Cerved sviluppando il portafoglio clienti nel mercato di riferimento, rappresentando la voce e il volto dell'azienda. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con le funzioni aziendali per raggiungere obiettivi di vendita e ricavo, garantendo la soddisfazione del cliente lungo l'intero ciclo di vita. L'attività si svolge in uno spirito di innovazione e orientamento al business in un contesto ibrido a San Donato Milanese, con focus su soluzioni-credit e servizi di valore. Ti inserisci in un team orientato ai risultati per contribuire alla trasformazione digitale e al successo dei clienti esistenti.
Responsabilità
- Gestire e sviluppare il portafoglio assegnato individuando nuove aree di sviluppo di servizi/prodotti
- Presidiare il mercato diventando esperto delle dinamiche del settore e interlocutore autorevole per abilitare i processi di business
- Raggiungere i risultati di vendita e di ricavo per ogni famiglia di prodotto in-scope
- Presidiare i clienti e la loro soddisfazione lungo tutto il ciclo di vita in sinergia con le strutture di delivery e le altre funzioni
Requisiti fondamentali

- Competenze su processi e soluzioni credito, marketing e vendita
- Esperienza di vendita dimostrabile con track record di successo
- Laurea in materie economiche o affini
- Ottimo standing e predisposizione alla leadership
- Eccellenti doti comunicative, di ascolto e negoziazione
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
