Overview
As a Business Analyst for Retail & POS, you translate business needs into practical requirements and user stories, shaping POS solutions within an international, digital transformation context. You collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure accurate implementation and support. You will contribute to process improvements and end-user enablement, aligning with the company's growth and transformation goals. This role offers exposure to global projects and a path to deeper domain expertise.

Responsabilità
- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Retail and POS solutions
- Translate business needs into user stories, epics and functional specs for technical teams
- Identify gaps in Retail/POS functionalities and define improvement solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams during development, testing and implementation
- Prepare functional and configuration guidelines and ensure correct implementation
- Support testing activities, validate solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Contribute to business transformation and digitalization projects in an international environment
- Prepare documentation and support training for end users and support teams
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Retail/POS project experience
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, user stories and process improvement
- Fluent English and Italian in an international environment
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills; ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams
