CPS (Consumer Panel) Analytic Consultant

Overview

In this role you support client growth through CPS data analyses and clear insights. You act as a CPS subject matter expert, translating methodologies and metrics for clients, and present findings in a structured, compelling way. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. This position offers exposure to global clients and a chance to shape how insights drive loyalty and profit growth.

Responsabilità

• Conduct analyses based on CPS data to answer client questions and present findings clearly
• Serve as CPS subject matter expert, explaining methodologies and key metrics to clients
• Present insights in a structured, easy-to-understand format
• Maintain high quality and collaborate within a team to deliver projects
• Partner with CS Consultants, Insights Associates, and Sales to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction

Requisiti fondamentali

• Master's in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field (required)
• 1-2 years in FMCG, consumer insights, market research, or client-facing analytics
• Strong analytical mindset and numerical aptitude for interpreting consumer and sales data
• Ability to synthesize data into concise, client-focused findings
• Ability to explain data sources and outputs clearly
• Willingness to develop communication and presentation skills for client-facing work
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
• Italian (native or fluent) and English (professional working proficiency)
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools is a plus
