Overview
In questa posizione supporti la Marketing Direction analizzando le performance di business e definendo modelli per l'ottimizzazione. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team cross-funzionali per creare report avanzati, dashboard e presentazioni che guidano decisioni strategiche. Contribuirai a budgeting, forecasting e targeting, gestendo fornitori esterni e capacity planning per raggiungere gli obiettivi di business. Il ruolo è pensato per chi ama estrarre insight data-driven e influire sull'efficienza operativa. Unisci approccio analitico, orientamento al cliente e spirito imprenditoriale in un contesto multinazionale dinamico.

Responsabilità
- Realizzare reporting avanzato per monitorare le performance e supportare il business
- Partecipare a budgeting, forecasting e targeting con analisi dettagliate
- Gestire fornitori esterni per monitoraggio e ottimizzazione delle performance
- Gestire capacity planning di FTE interni ed esterni in base a volumi e obiettivi
- Definire e analizzare KPI funzionali al governo del business, implementando dashboard e presentazioni
- Sviluppare modelli analitici avanzati per l'ottimizzazione delle performance
- Preparare chiusure mensili e analisi degli scostamenti proponendo azioni correttive
- Fornire insights data-driven alla business unit
Requisiti fondamentali
- Almeno 4-5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo o affine, preferibilmente in società di consulenza
- Laurea in materie economico-scientifiche
- Eccellente padronanza di Excel e PowerPoint
- Nice to have: Power BI, Cognos e Salesforce
