Please submit your CV in English.Responsibilities
Continuously establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage of the company in Italy and European countries and providing strong service to the new and existing accounts.Contribute to the design, development and implementation of the company's sales plan in Italy and other European countries.Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region.Identify and develop key accounts in the Italy and European markets. Negotiate and follow up on contracts.Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for all key accounts, staying in close contact with customers and the company's related internal departments.Communicate with customers on issues relating to their upcoming projects.Coordinate with Back Office to ensure availability and timely delivery of tracker solutions, and advise customers of delivery status.Maintain close relationships and communication with existing key accounts to understand their needs regarding technical, financial, logistical and marketing support, and organize internal resources to meet those needs and identify new business opportunities.Analyze and monitor account customer data, and develop reports on a regular basis based on customer information and development trends.Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and conferences.Stay up to date with market information, including competitors and customers benchmarking, and technical and financial market requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of previous experience within a similar role in an international PV sector.Bachelor's or master's degree in civil, industrial engineering, business administration or related field.Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers.Proactive self‑starter and problem solver.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Innovative, dynamic and thrives under an ever‑changing market.Self‑motivated and able to manage time effectively.Quick thinker and proactive.Passionate about the industry and able to promote this passion in a professional manner regardless of client level.Flexible to travel.Languages: Native-level skills in English and Italian are required;
additional languages are a benefit.
