Chief People Officer - People-Driven Culture Leader

Milano, 26 gennaio 2026 – McDonald’s Italia annuncia l’ingresso in azienda di Davide Sanzi come nuovo Chief People Officer , un incarico di rilievo per una azienda che da sempre mette al centro le proprie persone, cuore e leva strategica per tutte le attività e il business.
Davide Sanzi ha alle spalle un percorso di quasi 20 anni in ambito HR nei settori Automotive, Manufacturing, Entertainment, Food e Retail, ambiti in cui ha sviluppato profonde competenze in materia di Organizzazione, Relazioni Industriali, Cambiamento culturale e Talent Management.
Laureato in Scienze Sociali, con Master in Risorse Umane, avvia il suo percorso professionale presso Brembo , dove si occupa di organizzazione per i diversi Paesi del Gruppo. Prosegue la sua carriera affrontando una sfida di rilievo: per sei anni guida la funzione Risorse Umane e l’organizzazione di Expo 2015 , ricoprendo durante l’evento la posizione di Vicedirettore Operativo. Successivamente entra in Esselunga , dove rafforza ulteriormente la sua preparazione in ambito HR, guidando anche le relazioni industriali, per poi assumere la direzione operativa delle insegne dedicate alla ristorazione e alla prossimità. In seguito, raccoglie una sfida imprenditoriale nella sua fase di lancio, assumendo il ruolo di General Manager in Soul-K, start-up tecnologica specializzata nella produzione alimentare, attiva nei settori del food-service organizzato, della grande distribuzione e dell’hospitality.
