Il Ruolo
Stiamo cercando un/una Customer Success Specialist che aiuti le aziende clienti a ottenere il massimo da Sibill. Non è un ruolo di supporto tradizionale: sarai responsabile dell’intero ciclo di vita del cliente, dall’onboarding al rinnovo. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i team di prodotto, tech e commerciale, con un forte focus sia sulla soddisfazione dei clienti sia sulla crescita del loro valore nel tempo, attraverso attività di upselling/cross‑selling.
Cosa farai
- Guidare l’onboarding dei nuovi clienti, configurando la piattaforma, incluse le impostazioni contabili/finanziarie - avrai l’obiettivo di formare i clienti affinché diventino dei “power‑users” di Sibill
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide e durature con i clienti, attraverso checkpoint regolari
- Identificare opportunità di upselling/cross‑selling
- Raccogliere e condividere feedback dei clienti con i team prodotto e tech
- Monitorare KPI e performance dei clienti, preparando dashboard e analisi utili a guidare decisioni e priorità - siamo guidati dai dati e dai risultati
- Contribuire alla definizione di processi scalabili di Customer Success, condividendo best practice e migliorando continuamente il modo di lavorare del team
Sei la persona giusta se
- Hai 2+ anni di esperienza in ruolo simili come Customer Success e/o Account Manager
- Vuoi avere un ruolo che unisce Customer Success, Account Management e Sales
- Ti piace lavorare con i clienti e risolvere problemi complessi
- Hai curiosità e sei a tuo agio con la tecnologia e l’AI
- Organizzazione, proattività e orientamento al risultato sono i tuoi punti di forza
- Comunichi in modo chiaro e sicuro
Sarebbe fantastico se
- Hai esperienza in aziende B2B SaaS, startup e usi strumenti come Notion, Slack, HubSpot
