This includes onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control /liliRecruitment: You have control over building your team and seek the right talent for your location /liliFleet Management: You always have an overview of the local vehicle fleet for rental and sales: documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners /liliCustomer Consultation: You advise customers on our products, myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent, and send them out as happy roadsurfers on the roads of Europe /li /ulh3What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us /h3ulliSuccessfully completed training or studies in a relevant subject area or comparable qualification /liliAt least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in areas such as car rental, tourism, or similar - career changers are welcome /liliExperience in leading employees or teams is advantageous /liliHigh service and customer orientation with a friendly and open demeanor /liliYou are a hands-on and effective communicator /liliYou are a resilient problem solver and highly organized /liliYou speak excellent english, on top you also speak the language for the country you applied for fluently /liliDriver's license Class B /li /ulh3Your Salary /h3pWe transparency. The salary range for this position is between 38,000 EUR and 38,500 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you.
