Overview
In qualità di Asset Manager nel settore immobiliare, coordini la gestione e valorizzazione del patrimonio immobiliare e interagisci con fornitori e clienti esterni. L'attività si sviluppa all'interno di un contesto che supporta centri commerciali, dalla pre-apertura alla gestione operativa. Collabori con un team dedicato per analizzare problematiche urbanistiche e edilizie, assicurando conformità e sicurezza secondo DL 81/08. Selezioni candidati dinamici e proattivi capaci di incidere sul valore degli asset e sull'efficacia dei processi. Un'opportunità interessante per chi vuole guidare progetti nel real estate retail in un contesto di alto livello professionale.
Responsabilità
- Programmazione e gestione delle attività di valorizzazione degli immobili
- Analisi di problematiche urbanistiche ed edilizie
- Gestione del patrimonio immobiliare
- Gestione di un team di lavoro
- Conoscenza e applicazione di DL 81/08 con attenzione alla sicurezza degli immobili
- Dialogo e interazione con fornitori e clienti esterni
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea triennale in ingegneria gestionale
- Esperienza quinquennale nel medesimo ruolo
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta)
- Capacità comunicative e di interazione in team
- Doti organizzative e problem solving
- Proattività, dinamismo, curiosità e flessibilità
