Experteer OverviewAs Finance Business Partner for Pierre Fabre Italy, you drive budgeting, rolling forecasts and performance management aligned with Group standards. You will challenge the affiliate’s P&L, monitor margins and operating expenses, and provide scenario analyses and early warnings on risks and opportunities. You collaborate with HQ and central accounting to ensure data quality, consistent methodologies and high-quality performance reporting. You help guide cash generation and capital allocation while supporting strategic decisions and a strong performance culture.Retribuzione / BenefitsLead the preparation and challenge of budget, estimates and rolling forecasts linked to strategic and operational driversAnalyse and optimise the P&L, focusing on gross margin drivers and OPEX versus budget/forecastIdentify risks and opportunities, co-design contingency plans with business stakeholdersMonitor business trends (sales, launches, access, promotions) and provide financial impact analysesAnalyse working capital evolution (DSO, inventory) and advise on actions to improve cash flowProvide support to central accounting and ensure data quality and alignment with Group policiesAct as main contact for PFM Italy with HQ, ensuring alignment of methodologies, KPIs and reporting frameworksDeliver high-quality, timely performance reporting and insightful narratives to Management and Head OfficeResponsabilitàMaster level education in management/financeAt least 10 years of experience in dynamic companies, preferably Pharma/OTC/CHCExcellent business acumen to understand market dynamics and financial implicationsStrong financial technical expertise across P&L, balance sheet and working capitalIT and BI awareness with ability to design and use dashboards and steering toolsAbility to work autonomously, anticipate risks, and adapt to changing prioritiesProficiency in English or FrenchStrong communication and presentation skillsThorough analytical and summarising abilitiesOpen-mindedness and curiosityRequisiti fondamentaliPermanent contractSalary range 65,000-75,000 EURDiversity and inclusion culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
