Join us as Customer Success Manager to own Lexroom's most important Italian clients. You will carry a dedicated portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts, top-tier law firms, in-house legal teams, and companies, and be their strategic point of reference from launch through renewal and growth. You report into our Customer Success leadership (Stefano Tuvo, area lead) and work with first-tier client names across industries.

What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise and top-tier clients end to end—from pre-sales alignment with the Sales team, through launch, to ongoing outcomes post go-live.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, keeping client goals and Lexroom solutions aligned.
  • Maximize revenue per client: drive renewals, upsell, and uplift, growing existing accounts rather than chasing net-new.
  • Oversee onboarding and delivery for measurable business impact, staying present and on-site with your key accounts.
  • Turn client feedback into action for Product, Marketing, and Operations, and run business reviews backed by dashboards and KPIs.

What You'll Bring

  • 4 to 10 years in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or enterprise client-facing roles, managing deals of €50k and up.
  • Commercial and negotiation experience with senior stakeholders and complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • SaaS or tech background. A legal or professional-services background is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales-support tools (HubSpot, Notion).
  • Native Italian and fluent English. Other European languages are a plus.
