By leveraging our proprietary technology, we're building an ecosystem that is leading the industry into the 21st century. /b /p h3What You Will Do … /h3 pAs an Operations Quality Analyst Intern, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring service quality and enhancing operational visibility through both analytical and hands‑on activities. You will be responsible for analyzing data and monitoring KPIs, while also actively engaging with carriers and partners to gather key information, resolve operational issues, and drive the achievement of targets. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, contributing to process optimization and the development of new solutions for tracking and service quality. /p h3In this role, you will … /h3 ul liAssist in managing the "Service Quality and Visibility Program," working closely with internal and external stakeholders. /li liAssist in the preparation of ad hoc analyses, reports, and presentations for leadership, providing insights into the effectiveness of outputs. /li liProactively interact directly with carriers and partners (mainly via phone and email) to collect key information, resolve operational inefficiencies, and ensure quality and timely service delivery. /li liAssist in monitoring and enhancing GPS integration processes of carriers regularly. /li liSupport the execution of projects aimed at improving our services, contributing to the achievement of company goals. /li liAid in building, managing, and maintaining performance reports and dashboards related to key metrics such as GPS coverage, Perfect Service Load, and On‑Time Performances. /li liCollaborate with the Product Team to contribute ideas for new solutions, enhancements to existing ones, and draft business requirement documents. /li liSupport daily interactions with third-party service providers to enhance real‑time visibility. /li liServe as a primary point of contact for Operations Teams regarding visibility and service quality matters. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For … /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in engineering, business, statistics, or a related field. /li liInitial experience in operations management, quality management, performance management, consulting, or similar roles is highly valued. /li liPreferred experience in the transportation/logistics industry or familiarity with supply chain visibility concepts. /li liHighly skilled in G-suite and MS Office; SQL is a plus. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English. /li liStrong hands‑on approach and results orientation, with a willingness to “get your hands dirty” to achieve objectives. /li liProblem‑solving mindset, initiative, and ability to work both independently and within a team. /li liFast learner with a data‑driven mindset. /li /ul h3WHY CHOOSE SENNDER… /h3 pWe believe in empowering our people to grow beyond their limits, embrace challenges, and create solutions that drive our collective success.
