Internship - High-Growth PropTech Startup

We’re building Italy’s first €100M startup exit within 18 months.

That’s not a dream — it’s a concrete plan.

We’re not looking for “just interns.”

We’re recruiting people who make things happen — alone if they have to.

People who have scalability and automation in their blood, who naturally turn every process into something that scales.

Fast. Sharp. Relentless.

We move fast because mediocrity kills momentum.

If reading this hits you in the gut, you’ve already passed step one.

If your video shows that same fire — that obsession to prove something insane to yourself and the world — you might be one of us.

You must have

• Currently studying or recently graduated a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics, Business, Computer Science, etc. (or similar)
• Scalability and automation hardwired in your DNA
• Ability to execute independently — no guidance needed
• Availability to work in-person at our Milan office

What you’ll do

• Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects
• Build and optimise internal processes and automations across Operations, Growth, and Strategy
• Deep-dive into data to identify bottlenecks and solve them independently
• 6-month internship
• Salary plus bonus aligned with market standards for startups
• Potential for full-time conversion based on demonstrated success

If this doesn’t light a fire in you, skip it.

If it does — apply, send your video, and prove you’re one of the 0.1% who actually make things happen.
