Overview
In questa posizione supporti il team Sales Service HVACR nella preparazione di offerte per riparazioni, retrofit, ricambi, manutenzioni e service agreements, fornendo anche supporto tecnico di primo livello ai clienti. Collabori con team interni ed esterni per garantire offerte complete, accurate e conformi agli standard. Lavori per accelerare l'emissione di preventivi, migliorare la qualità tecnica e finanziaria delle proposte e ridurre i tempi di risposta. L'opportunità unisce competenze tecniche HVACR a una focalizzazione sul cliente, con possibilità di sviluppo professionale in un contesto globale e innovativo.

Responsabilità
- Raccolta e verifica input tecnici ed economici per l'offerta; definizione attività, materiali, ore, logistica e assunzioni
- Predisposizione di parti di testo tecnico/commerciale per Service Agreements su chillers e heat pumps
- Gestione stato opportunità e tracciamento documentale verso referenti interni
- Supporto tecnico di primo livello (L1/back-office) su richieste ricorrenti, reperimento di documentazione e dati
- Interfaccia con funzioni interne/esterne per dati non disponibili localmente e consolidamento di risposte
- Contributo a standardizzazione template offerta e checklist per aumentare first-time-right e ridurre rework
- Gestione aspetti di conformità, sicurezza e normative nelle attività di servizio
- Supporto al contesto operativo di servizi digitali/connected su Industrial Refrigeration & Heating
Requisiti fondamentali
- Fondamenti di HVACR: cicli, componenti principali, logiche di funzionamento
- Capacità di leggere/interpretare documentazione tecnica e requisiti di sicurezza e conformità
- Dimestichezza con strumenti digitali e documentazione strutturata
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti Office
- Comunicazione chiara (scritta e orale) con interlocutori tecnici e non tecnici
- Orientamento al cliente interno, gestione priorità e rispetto scadenze
- Italiano fluente; inglese tecnico scritto e parlato
