Nous sommes un fournisseur européen de référence dans le domaine B2B des composants de mobilier et des solutions d’aménagement intérieur de haute qualité. Afin de renforcer notre présence sur le marché français, nous recherchons un Strategic Key Account Manager chargé de développer et de faire croître des relations clients stratégiques à fort potentiel, tout en dirigeant une équipe commerciale locale.
Le poste
Vous serez responsable du développement de comptes clés stratégiques en France, en transformant des clients à fort potentiel en partenaires de long terme grâce à une approche de vente consultative fondée sur la valeur. En parallèle, vous piloterez et développerez une équipe locale, en appliquant un leadership situationnel et transformationnel afin de stimuler la performance, l’engagement et la croissance.
Responsabilités principales
- Développer et faire croître des comptes stratégiques avec un potentiel de chiffre d’affaires à deux chiffres (en millions d’euros)
- Gagner et développer des relations B2B complexes grâce à la vente basée sur la valeur
- Piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la négociation et au partenariat long terme
- Diriger, accompagner et développer une équipe commerciale en France
- Agir en tant que partenaire de confiance auprès des décideurs clients de haut niveau
- Collaborer étroitement avec le siège et les équipes internes transverses afin de créer de la valeur client
Profil recherché
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en vente B2B, dont une solide expérience en key account management ou en ventes grands comptes
- Expérience confirmée en management d’équipes commerciales
- Historique avéré de gestion de comptes générant plusieurs millions d’euros de chiffre d’affaires
- Forte expertise en vente consultative et orientée valeur
- Expérience dans les secteurs du mobilier, de l’aménagement intérieur, des matériaux de construction ou des composants industriels appréciée
- Français langue maternelle, anglais courant (allemand apprécié)
