Overview
As an Account Executive for Life Sciences in Italy, you drive growth by leading strategic, multi-faceted sales with C-level executives and cross-functional teams. You craft territory plans, manage end-to-end enterprise cycles, and tailor Salesforce solutions to digital transformation priorities. You partner with product specialists to position the right offerings and build long-term customer partnerships that accelerate revenue and success. This role blends strategic leadership with deep Life Sciences domain exposure to shape impactful outcomes.
Responsabilità
- Build and manage strategic account plans for named Life Sciences accounts in Italy
- Lead complex, end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract
- Partner with product specialists and solutions architects to design and position Salesforce solutions
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to drive long-term customer success and revenue growth
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage C-level executives with a consultative approach
- Experience selling into Life Sciences accounts (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, or Diagnostics)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Consultative selling mindset
- Relationship building with senior stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration with product and technical teams
- Enterprise software sales
- C-level stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of digital transformation trends in Life Sciences
