WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

As a member of the Country Leadership Team (CLT), you will partner closely with Country leaders and Geography Operations teams to drive integrated planning, governance and business execution. You will collaborate across Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial, Finance and Operations functions to improve operational performance and marketplace readiness.

We are looking for an experienced operations leader who can connect strategy with execution and drive operational excellence through strong cross-functional partnership.

• Significant experience in Integrated Business Planning, Supply & Operations Planning or Business Execution.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational performance improvements across functions.

• Experience driving adoption of enterprise tools, automation and standardized processes.
• Ability to influence without authority and align teams around common goals.
• Passion for simplifying processes and improving execution excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Principal, Operations, you will play a critical role in translating strategy into execution. You will lead integrated planning and governance processes, coordinate cross-functional execution and drive operational excellence across the country. Through strong partnership with Country and Geography teams, you will improve execution, strengthen operational discipline and enable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a member of the Country Leadership Team, providing operational insight and business recommendations to support country priorities.
• Lead Integrated Business Execution (IBE) and support development of the Integrated Country Plan.
• Drive seasonal planning, readiness and execution through a consistent IBE/IBA process.
• Facilitate operational governance routines, business reviews and execution tracking.
• Partner with Country leaders to identify risks, opportunities and actions required to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate planning and execution across Planning, Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial and Operations teams.
• Lead resolution and escalation of operational issues to ensure strong business continuity and execution.
• Drive adoption of enterprise capabilities, partner integration solutions, automation tools and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and strengthen operational performance.
• Build strong partnerships across Country and Geography teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.

The annual base salary for this position generally ranges from €68.300,00 to €109.300,000. Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
