Product Specialist for Chemicals

The Opportunity:Provide general technical and commercial support to both external as well as internal customers such as the external product specialists, account managers and internal colleagues. Answer technical questions about products and applications. Treatment of product-related quality complaints. Act proactively with a view to achieving customer satisfaction and the promoting the sales cycle.Position profileThe Technical Product Support (TPS) is VWR's resource with expertise within the chemicals product range. The main tasks are: provide support to customers and colleagues in product related questions, as well as create quotations and participation in tender work. The function is based in the office.Technical Support:Offer ongoing sales support to customers pre-and post sales, on Chemicals product range within the VWR portfolio.Prepare technical input for quotes and give price recommendations based on product- and market knowledge.Drive and create new opportunities through interaction with technical end users.Collaborate and orchestrates the broader internal network.
