Finance Controlling Lead - FP&A & Board Reporting (Italy)

Sephora in Milan, Italy is seeking a Finance Controlling professional to support all departments and drive closing, forecasting and reporting to HQ. The role involves monthly analyses and development of board dashboards to spread the finance culture across the organization.
The ideal candidate holds a Finance/Accounting degree and has 3–5 years of controlling/FP&A experience, with strong financial reporting skills and excellent communication.
