You will be challenged to live and apply the Growth Mindset by continuous feedback, seeking out learning opportunities, embracing failures as opportunities for learning and being an inspiration for your team. /ppbYou’ll make an impact by: /b /pulliServe as a trusted business partner to the Head of Siemens Mobility Italy, supporting the local adaptation and execution of the Siemens Mobility strategy and driving the achievement of strategic and business objectives. /liliLead all financial planning, performance management, controlling, accounting, reporting, tax, treasury and governance activities across Siemens Mobility Italy and its affiliated, acquired, or integrated legal entities. /liliAct as the Investors’ Advocate by safeguarding assets, ensuring financial transparency, and driving sustainable value creation. /liliAssume overall responsibility for the integrity of books and records, compliance with internal and external regulations, and the effectiveness of the Risk Management and Internal Control System. /liliProvide financial leadership for business transformation, portfolio optimization, post-acquisition integration activities, and the development of an efficient legal entity landscape. /liliOversee financing, tax, capital structure and cash management, ensuring a strong balance sheet and sustainable business performance. /liliSupport and challenge sophisticated bids, tenders, project execution, contract and claim management, and the controlling of sales, service, manufacturing and logistics activities. /liliContribute to the financial governance and strategic direction of affiliated companies and support the effective execution of shareholder and board-related responsibilities. /liliDrive digitalization, automation and process harmonization initiatives to increase efficiency, transparency and scalability across the organization. /liliFoster a culture of ownership, accountability, empowerment, transparency and "speak up" throughout the organization. /liliLead, inspire and develop high-performing finance teams while building strong partnerships across business, operational and corporate functions. /li /ulpbWhat makes you a great match: /b /pulliProven leadership experience in managing a comprehensive finance function within an international organization, including performance controlling, financial controlling, accounting, reporting, governance, tax and treasury responsibilities. /liliDemonstrated experience supporting complex legal entity structures, acquisitions, integrations, business transformations, or multi-entity organizations. /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. /liliDeep knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting requirements, combined with a strong understanding of financial governance, compliance and internal controls. /liliSolid knowledge of Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRGs), reporting systems and financial processes. /liliStrong expertise in ERP and finance systems, preferably SAP and Spiridon. /liliInternational experience gained either through assignments abroad or within a global organization. /liliStrong business acumen and understanding of support processes, including procurement, order management, logistics, warehousing, facilities and tax. /liliProven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, including senior management, shareholders, external partners and governance bodies. /liliAn entrepreneurial, proactive and results-oriented mindset combined with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. /liliA track record of successfully leading, developing and inspiring teams in a collaborative, high-performance environment built on trust and accountability. /liliFluency in both English and Italian. /li /ulpbWhat you’ll benefit from: /b /ppAt Siemens, we foster a results-driven and trust-based environment, offering a flexible hybrid working model that supports both performance and work-life balance. /ppYou’ll have access to a comprehensive wellbeing ecosystem, including dedicated parenthood support, health reimbursement programs, and psychological support services. /ppOur welfare offering is designed to enhance overall quality of life, while continuous learning opportunities enable your ongoing personal and professional growth. /ppThe total pay range for this position is b€ 150.000 -€ 180.000 annually /b.
