The company offers integrated solutions for the road transport, including toll and parking management, tunnels, ferry and train bookings, VAT and excise tax refunds, and fuel cards. /p pThe Group has operational offices in several countries and approximately 700 employees, with a European network focused on service and quality. /p pFor our operational office in bBressanone /b, we are looking for a bCustomer Excellence - Front Office /b to join our Customer Excellence - Front Office Team. /p pThe candidate will work in a multicultural and international environment, supporting customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring an excellent customer experience. /p pThe role reports directly to the bCustomer Excellence Manager /b and the main responsibilities will include: /p ulliManaging customer requests via e-mail and phone within agreed timelines /liliSupporting customers in the activation and management of services and contracts /liliEnsuring accurate and timely communication with customers and providers /liliCooperating closely with Back Office, Sales Team and other internal departments /liliMonitoring requests, complaints and escalations until resolution /liliUpdating customer information and documentation in internal systems /liliManaging front office administrative and operational activities /liliEnsuring a proactive, professional and customer-oriented approach in all interactions /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ulliPrevious experience in Customer Service, Front Office or similar roles /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliCustomer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities /liliAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment /liliGood English language skills, both written and spoken /liliGerman language skills will be considered a plus /liliGood knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
