Sales Manager (m/f/d)

To lead our Sales & Reservations team, we are looking for a service-driven, articulate, and highly organized Sales Manager (m/f/d) who stands out through professionalism and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

YOUR TASKS:

• Lead, organise and coordinate the Sales & Reservations team, including structured task allocation within the Back Office
• Actively sell our rooms and suites while driving targeted upselling of additional services and tailored holiday experiences prior to arrival
• Provide personal and telephone consultation to our guests and create tailored offers and booking confirmations
• Analyse relevant sales and reservation performance indicators and develop concrete measures to optimise sales and occupancy
• Monitor and manage incoming reservations across direct and electronic booking channels
• Ensure the professional handling of bookings, amendments and individual guest requests
• Manage, review and continuously optimise content and templates within the correspondence management system
• Ensure smooth communication between Sales & Reservations, Front Office and General Management
• Onboard and develop new team members and create and implement structured training and onboarding processes
• Ensure and continuously develop quality and service standards within Sales & Reservations

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Sales, Reservations or Front Office, ideally within upscale or luxury hospitality
• Initial leadership experience or experience coordinating a team
• Strong sales mindset and enthusiasm for selling premium rooms, suites and tailored holiday experiences
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing personalised advice to discerning international guests
• Analytical and commercial mindset with a good understanding of sales performance indicators and occupancy optimisation
• Excellent organisational skills and an independent, structured and responsible working style
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and ideally experience with hotel management and reservation systems
• Team spirit, flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English, Italian and German
