Overview

In this role you will translate commercial agreements into ready-to-activate media plans and coordinate cross-functional campaigns. You will ensure campaign structures meet planning guidelines and support a seamless handover to Activation teams, driving timely, accurate execution. You'll work with internal and external partners to align timelines, assets, and requirements, contributing to Retail Media initiatives at a leading e-pharmacy. Responsabilità

• Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans
• Define campaign structures, formats, and product selection per guidelines
• Coordinate campaign setup with internal teams and external partners
• Manage asset requests and creative briefings for completeness and timeliness
• Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams
• Monitor timelines, dependencies, and milestones for on-time delivery
• Coordinate promotional activities with stakeholders to align with broader initiatives
• Maintain documentation and planning data for transparency and tracking

Requisiti fondamentali

• Bachelor in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years in digital advertising, campaign management, media planning, or similar
• Strong understanding of retail media and planning processes
• Ability to translate input into structured media plans and setups
• Excellent coordination and project management skills
• High attention to detail in planning data and asset requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
