Responsibilities

• Client Excellence: build and strengthen client and agency partnerships across global stakeholders to drive shared business goals and long-term growth, partnering with Brand Partnerships Manager.
• Campaign Execution: lead full-funnel marketing campaign strategy and own execution, including planning, measurement solutions, reporting (QBR), and performance optimization.
• Product Go-to-Market & Adoption: serve as a trusted product consultant, educating partners on TikTok solutions, new features, and best practices, driving the adoption of our products while working with product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and guide platform strategy.
• Strategic Insights, Data Analysis & Optimization: deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations through QBRs and executive updates to drive continuous improvement and client impact, demonstrating deep analytical expertise.
• XFN Collaboration: work cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations teams to enhance performance and influence product adoption and innovation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience as Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agencies, media and tech companies.
• Demonstrated experience of full funnel digital marketing and measurement.
• Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.
• Experience in analysing data and identifying insights to assess campaign performance.
• Knowledge and understanding of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS).
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
• Fluent in Italian and English; high written and oral proficiency in Italian is required as this role will work with regional clients.

• Knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable media buying.
