Ensure all activities related to the New Product Introduction are within the requested scope of work and given timeline. /p pbWhat kind of work will you be doing?br/ /b /pul liCoordinate the Manufacturing Readiness – New Products introduction /li liExecute projects to provide all technical capabilities to TM manufacturing sites so that they can execute NPI, productivity/efficiency improvement programs, and other strategic projects for the BUs /li liIs the major contributor to defining the right processes for TM product assembly and testing /li liSpecify new (Smart) technologies, jigs, and fixtures to achieve efficient manufacturing /li liContributes to DFM analyses and coordination within NPDI teams /li liSupports the implementation of Operations Excellence projects across BUs in the TM productions /li liWorks on specific tasks assigned by the TM Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager /li liResponsible for the successful Manufacturing/Engineering Prototype build, including the EoL test /li liRD cooperation and support /li liAct as the main contributor to the Manufacturing processes /li liContributes to automation improvementsContributes to RTG/STD hours improvements /li liContributes to assembly line optimization /li liCooperate with VOS and other departments on production improvements /li /ul pbWhat will make you successful?br/ /b /pul liTechnical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering /li liAt least 5-10 years of working experience in a similar role /li liKnowledge of CAD tools /li liEnglish language /li liAvailable to travel, if needed /li /ul pThe anticipated salary range for this role in Piove di Sacco, Italy is between 48.000€ to 60.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
