Cerchiamo Customer Support specialist di lingua italiana per una delle piattaforme social più famose al mondo, aiutando gli utenti a connettersi, condividere contenuti e vivere un’esperienza ottimale.
Assistere gli utenti italiani via telefono, email e chat
Offrire soluzioni rapide e accurate con un approccio cordiale ed empatico
Supportare gli utenti nella risoluzione di problemi tecnici o di account
Aggiornare e gestire le informazioni nei sistemi interni
Collaborare con il team per garantire un’eccezionale esperienza utente
Contratto a tempo pieno con stipendio 1.100-1.500
Bonus mensile fino al 10% sulle performance
13ª e 14ª mensilità pagate annualmente
Supplementi legali:
Ore notturne (22:00-06:00): +25% sulla retribuzione base
Domeniche e festivi (quando inclusi nel turno): +75% sulla retribuzione base
Trasferimento incluso (per candidati residenti nellUE, per la modalità in presenza):

2 settimane di alloggio in hotel all’arrivo
