La risorsa inserita nel ruolo di Key Account Manager si occuperà di:
- Sviluppare nuove opportunità di business attraverso attività strutturata di prospezione sul territorio assegnato.
- Costruire e consolidare relazioni strategiche con interlocutori HR, Procurement e Finance in aziende di medie e grandi dimensioni.
- Posizionarsi come consulente di fiducia sui temi di welfare aziendale e total reward.
- Gestire e far crescere il portafoglio clienti, con focus su retention e sviluppo del valore.
- Contribuire attivamente all'espansione della Divisione Welfare Solutions e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali.
Competenze ed esperienza
Si ricerca:
- Esperienza di minimo 3 anni maturata in ruoli commerciali in ambito Servizi.
- Forte attitudine alla prospezione su nuovi clienti.
- Spiccate capacità comunicative interpersonali e di negoziazione.
- Familiarità con strumenti come Excel e PowerPoint.
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte.
Completa l'offerta
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato.
- Retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 33.000 e 37.000 Euro + MBO di 5.000 Euro.
- Welfare.
- Auto aziendale ad uso promiscuo.
