As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts. /p pNABA is currently seeking motivated professionals to join our team in Rome as Communication, Career and Industry Relations Senior Manager or Manager. /p pReporting directly to the Rome School Director, the Communication, Career and Industry Relations Senior Manager/Manager will oversee communication, career services, and industry relations activities in Rome. The role will be responsible for managing the career services and communications budgets, while leading the team in delivering on the institution’s strategic goals. /p h3The selected candidate will take care of the following activities: /h3 h3Communications /h3 ul liOversee communications activities in Rome, in alignment with NABA brand strategy and brand positioning. /li liOversee events organization in Rome, and social media activities for the Rome campus. /li liTogether with the School Director and the Head of Enrollment and Student Services, plan advertising campaigns and promo activities to support the sales team and implement communication activities to strengthen the brand positioning in the territory. /li /ul h3Career Services /h3 ul liDevelop and execute strategic plans for the career services office. /li liSupervise the organization of career fairs and alumni reunions in Rome. /li liFoster and maintain employer relationships to generate job and internship opportunities for students and alumni. /li liCollaborate with the School Director and NABA Course Leaders to expand NABA company network and to provide students and Alumni with internships and jobs opportunities. /li liCollaborate to submit Rome employability reports to the School Director /li /ul h3Industry Relations /h3 ul liIdentify prospective partners for industry projects and keeps the School Director and the Milan Industry Relations team informed. /li liIn collaboration with NABA Milan team, coordinate the project management with the involved parties (industry, faculty and students); /li liSupervise the organization of transversal projects, such as events, workshops, design Marathon, etc. in collaboration with involved companies, academic areas, facilities and IT department, ensuring compliance of the guidelines and brand identity. /li /ul h3Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting /h3 ul liManage career services and communications budgets. /li liUnder the School Director’ supervision, allocate financial resources for the various activities. /li liSupervise the employees in their budget management. /li /ul h3People Leadership and Management /h3 ul liEnsure the management of resources under his responsibility, their professional growth and their skills development /li liPlan and organize their work and activities and assigns new projects /li liApprove holiday plans and leaves and plays an active part in the selection of resources /li liEnsure compliance with company policies, of the ethical code and procedures /li liActively support change management and innovation initiatives /li liEnsure that all documentation is correctly updated and archived on an ongoing basis. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field /li li8 – 15 years of professional experience in higher education or the creative industries, with proven experience in managing creative teams /li liAbility to operate in complex work environments. /li liProject management attitude. /li liExcellent written and spoken Italian and English /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liThe opportunity to work in a stimulating, international, and multicultural environment /li liA dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team culture /li liFlexible smart working arrangements /li liA 38-hour working week /li liMeal vouchers (€8 per working day) for employees working at least 4 hours on-site /li liUnlimited access to LinkedIn Learning /li liAccess to a confidential Employee Psychological Support Service /li liAdditional benefits, including access to the company welfare programme, in accordance with company policies and annual eligibility criteria /li liExclusive discounts on courses and educational programmes offered by the Academy /li /ul pbWork location: /b Rome /p pbFull time: /b 38 h /p pbContract: /b Permanent /p pbCompensation: /b €36.000 – €48.000 (it depends on seniority) /p pbExpected start date: /b between December the 4th and January the 11th /p pAccording to GDPR 679/16 we inform you that the treatment of Personal Data contained in your resume will respect the principles of legality, fairness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
