We’re seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Success professional who thrives on making things happen and is passionate about helping customers succeed.

The Customer Care Specialist plays a key role in building strong, lasting partnerships with our customers, supporting them through every stage of their journey using Odoo, from adoption to expansion and renewal.
You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Support, and Services to deliver a seamless, high‑value customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of up to a thousand mass‑market customers, developing the right balance between automation (low touch) and manual actions (high touch) depending on the context
- Facilitate the successful onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have the tools and resources to thrive with Odoo
- Being the first point of contact to assist and guide your Odoo customers so that they can benefit from the best possible experience throughout their project
- Collaborate with our Sales Team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for customer expansion
Requirements
- Undergraduate students or fresh graduates with a maximum of six months experience
- Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment
Nice to have
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced and challenging environment
- Interest in SaaS environments
