Position Overview

Location: Milan, Italy.Role: SWE Medium Project Team (Project & Engineering Direction).

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage plant projects ensuring compliance with time, cost and quality objectives.
• Actively manage client relationships at the installation site.
• Maintain ongoing alignment and manage internal client relations with commercial and technical teams.
• Collaborate within a team and with international specialists to solve technical and managerial challenges.
• Coordinate installation and commissioning activities at the site, supported by the Senior PM.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation required for execution and closure.
• Monitor physical and financial project progress, identifying potential deviations.
• Actively participate in project coordination meetings, both internal and external.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Mechanical).
• Short professional experiences, internships or traineeships in similar roles or in project management contexts will be considered a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language (mandatory for interaction with international specialists).
• Strong team‑work skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and problem‑solving orientation.
• Attitude toward collaborative work.
