About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Milan within the Front Office Department in Milan, the Front Office intern will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk service in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences. The Front Office intern reports to the Front of the House Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in handling the incoming requests
• Managing agendas and scheduling meetings
• Meeting & greeting guests when required
• Assisting with Hotel Operations when required
• Maintaining records of the hotel operations and organizing documents in a systematic and user friendly manner
• Being responsible for specific projects

Qualifications

• Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
• English – excellent oral and written skills
• Additional language – beneficial
• Listening and oral skills
