Mission del ruolo
La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Business Development che si occupa di assicurare la supervisione delle attività di assistenza clienti e di fornire analisi utili all'ottimizzazione della strategia commerciale. Nello specifico l'area Business Development gestisce tutti gli aspetti di coordinamento commerciale tra il Front Office e gli altri reparti operativi supportando i Wealth Manager (ovvero la forza commerciale) nell'affrontare problemi specifici che incontrano nell'acquisizione di nuovi clienti o nella gestione di clienti esistenti. Il team si occupa inoltre di analisi di KYC, controlli di primo livello con finalità di supporto al business, controllo della segmentazione della clientela (clients targeting), attività di monitoraggio (violazioni dell'adeguatezza, frequenza delle proposte di investimento, controlli permanenti ecc.) e produzione di report interni.
- Predisposizione e verifica di report per il management e per i Wealth Manager
- Esecuzione di attività di controllo periodiche
- Analisi e riconciliazione dati
- Supporto trasversale al Team per attività di coordinamento commerciale
