The role also takes responsibility as Project Manager for initiatives involving clients and cross-functional SimCorp teams, including Consulting, Development, IT, and Business Services within SimCorp Italiana.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORBusiness DevelopmentTranslate company targets into action plans for upselling additional modules and services to existing clients.Define pricing structures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for new contracts, modules, services, and projects.Prepare commercial offerings, RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders.Participate in customer demos jointly with SimCorp Consultants.Negotiate and prepare contract renewals and new commercial agreements.Account ManagementAct as the single point of reference for existing clients for all interactions not covered by the Sofia Help Desk services.Promote and sell additional Sofia modules and services.Project ManagementTake on the role of Project Manager for client-related initiatives, ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, timing and quality,.Coordinate cross-functional SimCorp teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.Conduct and lead periodical SOTA (State of the Account) meetings with clients.Commercial Back OfficeManage the relationship with clients’ procurement representatives.Produce periodic contractual reporting on SLAs.Support the calculation and validation of service fees.WHAT WE VALUEMost importantly, you can see yourself contributing and thriving in the position described above.
