Overview
In this role you drive client relationships as a trusted advisor, sourcing and delivering strategic IT projects. You plan, lead, and assure quality on initiatives that connect technology with business goals. You'll translate complex tech topics for stakeholders and allocate resources to maximize impact. You work cross-functionally to advance BCG Platinion and contribute to people development and practice growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and delivery.

Responsabilità
- Develop and deepen client relationships, acting as trusted advisor
- Acquire new projects and challenges independently
- Plan, lead, and ensure quality on strategic IT projects
- Leverage technology and industry knowledge to guide internal and external stakeholders
- Think broadly across projects and optimize resource planning
- Present key project results to senior client management
- Contribute to people development, recruiting, and practice areas
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline
- At least twelve years in IT consulting with lead design/management of IT projects
- Experience managing project teams of 5+ people
- Ability to build solid business cases for IT initiatives
- Decision leadership in complex organizations with focus on solutions
- Proven track record of acquiring consulting projects
- Strong communication in Italian and English
