In this role you drive digital transformation for globally leading firms by aligning strategic IT initiatives with real client needs. You work within cross‐functional teams to shape architectures and modern software approaches that deliver tangible business value. You apply agile methods to steer strategic IT implementations and tailor customer journeys to market realities. You will collaborate across international contexts and communicate complex topics clearly in Italian and English, contributing to a high‐impact, growth‐driven culture.

- Shape the digital transformation of global clients while aligning technology solutions with client context
- Drive projects using agile methods within strategic IT implementations and actively steer modules
- Smooth path for tailored customer journeys based on precise analysis and market trends
- Design and optimize IT architectures within enterprise solutions, modern software development, and sustainable digital outcomes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or related discipline with above average grades
- At least four years of relevant IT consulting experience with transformation and implementation projects
- Technical knowledge and experience with end-to-end ERP processes
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary, global teams and willingness to travel
- Proficient in Italian and English
- Interdisciplinary teamwork
- Clear communication of complex topics
