Responsabilità

• Lead cybersecurity roadmaps and strategic initiatives aligned with client goals and digital transformation
• Drive end-to-end security solutions from conceptual design to implementation
• Manage complex cybersecurity projects with strict timelines and budgets
• Provide expert security advisory during IT transformation programs and support certifications such as ISO27001
• Develop innovative cybersecurity solutions using AI, blockchain, and cloud computing
• Mentor and develop team members; oversee recruitment and culture of excellence
• Select and manage security vendors and solution providers to enhance client offerings

Requisiti fondamentali

• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT security consulting or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, SABSA)
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 preferred
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management across interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
• Willingness to travel extensively; comfortable in global contexts
