- Define and execute commercial development plans aligned with business unit and country strategies.
- Actively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities, particularly within OEMs and industrial users in Southern Italy.
- Promote Emerson's full portfolio of solutions, including lifecycle services, integrated systems, and gas technologies.
- Drive lifecycle services growth across the national territory, collaborating closely with operations and execution teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers through regular engagement, networking, and site visits.
- Manage the full opportunity lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with proposal, engineering, operations, and other business units to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance offerings.
- Maintain accurate and consistent reporting through CRM systems and sales tools, dedicating time daily to pipeline management and forecasting.
- Contribute to forecasting and provide regular updates to leadership to support business planning and performance tracking.
- Operate in line with Emerson's ethics, compliance, and quality standards at all times.

- Experience in the Natural Gas, Oil & Gas, or related energy sectors, ideally with exposure to lifecycle services.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of industrial customers, OEM environments, or gas distribution and transmission markets.
- Ability to work both autonomously and within defined strategic frameworks.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in Italian and working knowledge of English.
- Direct experience in Natural Gas or similar process industries, enabling faster ramp-up and autonomy.
- Experience working with or alongside lifecycle services, operations, or execution teams.
- Familiarity with key industry players such as engineering companies, OEMs, or major energy solution providers.
- Strong analytical and market-mapping skills to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across complex business units.
- A structured, proactive approach to planning combined with adaptability in a dynamic commercial environment.
