Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to join our Group Business Controlling team at the Padova HQ. The internship will last 6 months and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the eyewear industry, supporting key business analysis and controlling activities.

As a Business Controlling Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Support the main activities of the Group Business Controlling unit, working together a young talented team;
• Update and maintain daily analysis to capture and flag key deviations vs Budget/Previous Year, having the possibility to monitor our Group performance among several dimensions like: Brands, Markets, and Channels;
• Perform Profitability Analysis by Market/Customer/Brand/Product to identify areas of improvement;
• Support the monthly process of Forecast and Budget review;
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a multinational organization and key processes led by the Group Controlling;
• Support the Finance & Controlling Manager and executives with ad-hoc analysis.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or Statistics;
• You are fluent in English;
• You have excellent skills in Excel;
• You possess an analytical mindset and are comfortable working with large datasets;
• You are precise, detail-oriented, and organized;
• You are a strong team player, able to meet objectives and work under tight deadlines;
• You are eager to learn, proactive, and have a problem-solving attitude.
