The role defines visual guidelines and shooting requirements for 360° image production, contributes to the launch and execution of asset generation workflows, and oversees post-production refinement activities to ensure alignment with brand standards. /p pThe AI Editor collaborates with cross-functional teams to enable scalable content production, supports asset regeneration when needed, and continuously enhances image output through structured review and refinement processes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrchestrate end-to-end AI-driven asset production (image, video, variants) using best-in-class GenAI tools. /li liTranslate creative briefs into structured prompts, workflows, and generation logic. /li liManage iteration cycles (prompt tuning, model selection, re-generation strategies). /li liEnsure efficient delivery across multiple workstreams under tight timelines. /li liMonitor output consistency versus Prada standards (views, formats). /li liPerform still-life and on-model post-production and refinement activities where needed. /li liApply quality control frameworks (consistency, realism, luxury brand codes), performing a first layer of quality checks for AI-generated assets. /li liAdapt workflows to specific project needs, ensuring efficiency and quality. /li liProvide feedback to improve workflows, tools, and generation processes. /li liPartner with Content and Marketing Digital teams to define standards and output guidelines. /li liDrive upskilling on GenAI tools and best practices and support governance on AI tools usage. /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills /h3 p3 years of experience at leading marketing agency, creative design studio, or creative-centric organization, with hands-on content production experience (luxury or high-end preferred). /p pStrong portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing content across image, video, or both. /p pHands-on experience with AI generators and prompting skills (e.g., Google Vertex, Higgsfield, Seedance, Freepik, Kling, Flora). /p pProficiency in editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, and dam content production orchestration tools. /p pStrong attention to detail and quality control mindset. /p pAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. /p pProfiency in English, both written and spoken. /p pRAL €40.000 /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
