In this role, you will manage day-to-day content production and lead control room operations and rundown execution during matchdays and live-streamed events. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Matchday Live Show Running /h3 ul liRundown Live Broadcast Management: Create, update, and coordinate the show flow (rundown) in real-time inside the control room / gallery. /li liTechnical Editorial Liaison: Serve as the main bridge between editorial strategy and the technical crew during live broadcasts. /li liTalent Management: Coordinate timing, cues, and stage entries/exits for hosts, talents, and guests during live broadcasts. /li /ul h3Project Management Content Production /h3 ul liConcept Production Supervision: Oversee day-to-day content production, from initial ideation to final deliverables. /li liStakeholder Partner Management: Confidently lead and facilitate operational meetings with external partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders to align on content deliverables and campaign goals. /li liCross-Functional Team Leadership: Manage and align multidisciplinary teams (video editors, motion graphic designers, writers, hosts, and talent). /li liEditorial Scriptwriting: Write scripts, concepts, formats, and manage editorial calendars. /li liEvents Activations: Handle project management for live events and special live-streaming brand activations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience: 5+ years of experience in production coordination, show running, or senior editorial roles across broadcast TV, digital video production, or high-traffic live streaming channels (e.g., Twitch, YouTube). /li liLive Broadcast Control Room Operations: Solid mastery of studio/control room dynamics, live execution, rundown management, and live cueing. /li liPost-Production Workflows: post-production coordination (video editing, motion graphics, asset formatting, and optimization for social/digital platforms). /li liDigital Media Ecosystem: understanding of the digital/streaming ecosystem, emerging video formats, and audience engagement strategies. /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion commitment /h3 pAt Kings League we strongly believe in building an inclusive and diverse work environment, where everyone can develop their full potential.
