Content & Project Manager (12-month contract)

BBDO Italia è alla ricerca di un Content & Project Manager da inserire all'interno del team digital nella sede di Milano o Roma per impiego a tempo determinato full-time della durata di 12 mesi.
La risorsa dovrà avere un'esperienza di 3 anni nella gestione operativa di aggiornamento contenuti di siti e gestione progetti digitali. La predisposizione a lavorare in modalità agile e un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sono requisiti essenziali.
Tra la principali responsabilità:
- gestione e pubblicazione contenuti siti ad alta visibilità
- definizione e rispetto tempistiche attività assegnate
- comunicazione con team di sviluppo esterni
- eventuale coordinamento di attività di sviluppo
- comunicazione con i clienti in accordo col responsabile di riferimento
Soft skills:
- attenzione ai dettagli
- capacità di comunicazione e di sintesi
- capacità organizzative e approccio analitico
- predisposizione a lavorare in team e in autonomia
- gestione dello stress e problem solving
Hard skills:
- esperienza con diversi content management system
- esperienza con sistemi di ticketing (i.e. Jira, Smartsheet, ...) e/o board Kanban (i.e. Planner, Asana,Trello,…)
- Buona conoscenza excel
- Conoscenza base di website best practices (UX, tracking parameters, structured data, SEO, ...)
- Conoscenza base analisi dati e reportistica siti, app, CRM, media.
- Minima esperienza con email marketing system (Mailchimp, mailup, salesforce...)
Nice to have
- esperienza con content management AEM
- gestione operativa attività eCRM
- conoscenza base di html/css
- conoscenza base js
- conoscenza base di data visualization (Looker Studio, PowerBI, …)
