Core tasks include troubleshooting, user management, software installation, network configuration, and managing service tickets to ensure minimal downtime for staff. /ph3Essential Duties and Responsibilities: /h3ulliSet up and configure new laptops and desktop computers. /liliProvide excellent customer service to users including responding to and resolving requests related to hardware and software assistance, telephony services, account creating and entitlements, and other general IT support. /liliSetup and install computer peripherals like monitors, network printers and scanners; Responsible for Hardware/software installations. /liliIdentify and troubleshoot network issues. /liliWindows AD administration. /liliResponsible for server maintenance and network setup maintenance. /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulli2 years of experience in a technical desktop support role preferred. /liliMBO in IT related fields. /liliEnglish is required, Dutch is a pro. /liliService oriented. /liliLives relatively close to the Super Micro EMEA office. /li /ulh3EEO Statement /h3pSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
