You will also contribute to Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives, helping clients build scalable, future-ready operating models and deliver sustainable business value.As part of Accenture Operations, you will collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to implement transformation strategies, optimize business operations, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. Working alongside colleagues across Talent, Digital Core, and Industry & Enterprise, you will help ensure successful transformation through a hands-on, execution-focused approach.Job SummaryLead and support business transformation initiatives, helping clients optimize operating models, governance frameworks, and service delivery across a variety of industries.Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define transformation roadmaps, manage change, and deliver measurable business outcomes.Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and leverage data, AI, automation, and digital technologies to enhance operational performance.Facilitate workshops, prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations, and support decision-making throughout the transformation journey.Contribute to Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives by supporting capability development, governance, and organizational transformation.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.
