Senior Consultant - Modern Workplace

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant with Modern Workplace/Microsoft 365 expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert consulting services to customers, lead transformation projects from initial assessment through delivery, and collaborate with Insight and cross-functional teams to identify and propose the most suitable strategic solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Purpose of the role and responsibilities

• Deliver medium to large-scale projects for a variety of customers, ensuring objectives are met on time and in line with requirements.
• Design and configure solutions based on customer needs, translating requirements into the most appropriate technical configuration.
• Provide professional consulting services focused on solution optimization and business value.
• Prepare Statements of Work (SoW) aligned with customer customization and project requirements.
• Deliver customer demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions where required.
• Collaborate effectively within the team, supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Consultant in the Modern Workplace / Microsoft 365 space.
• Proven consulting experience delivering structured and complex projects in customer environments.
• Hands-on project experience involving migrations, optimization, advisory services, and security initiatives, including the delivery of workshops and demonstrations.
• Experience leading projects as a Technical Lead and/or serving as the primary technology reference point for Modern Workplace engagements.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise to sales teams during solution design and proposal development.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior consultants.
• Experience creating project documentation and customer proposals using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Spanish language skills are considered an advantage.
• Modern Workplace certifications are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of common migration tools such as BitTitan, Quest, and ShareGate is preferred.

The final offer will be determined based on objective criteria, including the candidate’s documented skills, qualifications, and professional experience evaluated during the recruitment process.
