Role Introduction

As our new Associate Project Manager, you will begin your career supporting the coordination and delivery of projects within an international Technology Services environment across Italy and EMEA. You will collaborate with Project Management, Consulting, Sales, Business, and technical teams, contributing to the smooth execution of activities and helping maintain visibility across projects.

This opportunity is designed for recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills in project coordination, PMO operations, and consulting practices. You will gain hands-on exposure to real projects, stakeholder interaction, reporting activities, and operational governance in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project coordination activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Assist with task tracking, reporting, and project documentation updates
• Help maintain PMO tools and operational processes, including ServiceNow activities
• Monitor timesheets and support time tracking accuracy across projects
• Contribute to budgeting activities, forecasting exercises, and project reviews
• Support the tracking and administration of partner funding initiatives involving Microsoft, AWS, and Google
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, governance, and timely delivery of activities
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives

What we need to see from you

Essential:

• Recent graduate.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with different teams
• Native Italian and professional English language skills
• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Desirable:

• Academic or internship exposure to project coordination, consulting, or business environments
• Familiarity with PMO or collaboration tools
• Interest in technology services, IT environments, or project management methodologies
