Senior Director - Property Marketing Europe

In this role you will lead the European property marketing function, translating global strategy into local execution to drive occupancy, absorption, tenant engagement and investor value. You will collaborate with the Global Property Marketing COE and regional teams to scale best practices, elevate digital and campaign infrastructure, and deliver measurable impact across the portfolio. You’ll shape placemaking and brand storytelling to position Hines properties as community‑centric destinations. • Monitor competitive dynamics and strengthen brand equity in Europe
• Mentor European marketing talent and build a high-performing regional team
• Coordinate with investor relations and project leadership to align narratives with partner priorities
• Act as the European face of the Property Marketing COE in regional forums
• Collaborate across MarComm for seamless execution and value of the COE

• 12+ years of property/real estate marketing experience in Europe
• multi-asset class exposure (residential, office, retail, mixed‑use)
• success in executing large-scale leasing/sales campaigns and lifecycle marketing
• experience embedding standards, measurement frameworks, and operational efficiency
• strong commercial acumen with ability to forecast marketing costs and measure ROI
• track record of stakeholder influence with capital partners, investors, and senior leadership
