Regional Marketing Manager Resistors – South Europe

Job Location: Italy (preferably Senago) or remote

Key Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with European Sales and FAE team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate product offerings from Vishay’s Resistors portfolio.
• Design‑in custom products when necessary with support from an international team of technical experts.
• Organize technical training and workshops to increase Vishay awareness in the European market.
• Spread product strategy within the European distribution network.
• Analyze market trends and provide internal feedback.

Your Skills and Experience

• Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electronics and Mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical environment.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Understanding of electronic circuits in automotive or industrial applications.
• High communication and presentation skills.
• Strong structural and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and work in an international team.
