TEMPORARY FINANCE DIRECTOR ITALY & SPAIN – PARTITA IVA
La risorsa assumerà la responsabilità della funzione Finance per Italia e Iberia , con forte esposizione verso il Management e un ruolo strategico di business partnering , coordinamento del team e presidio dei principali processi economico-finanziari.
L’incarico nasce come progetto temporary , con concreta possibilità, in funzione delle reciproche valutazioni ed esigenze organizzative, di evolvere in una collaborazione stabile e continuativa di lungo periodo, sempre in regime di Partita IVA .
Dettaglio mansioni
- Coordinamento e sviluppo del team Finance
- Business partnering a supporto del Management
- Gestione di budget, forecast, P&L e cash flow
- Supervisione di closing, reporting, accounting, tax e statutory
- Analisi di KPI, scostamenti, rischi e performance economico-finanziarie
- Presidio di internal controls, compliance e procedure
- Gestione dei rapporti con stakeholder e strutture Finance internazionali
- Supporto a progetti di change management ed efficientamento dei processi
- Supervisione dei principali processi con impatto su supply chain e performance commerciali
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini
- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ambito Finance
- Esperienza consolidata in contesti multinazionali e strutturati
- Esperienza nella gestione di team e processi Finance complessi
- Solide competenze in Accounting, Controlling, Budgeting, Forecasting e Reporting
- Forte capacità di business partnering e stakeholder management
- Ottime capacità di leadership, analisi e change management
- Inglese professionale
- Spagnolo plus
- Conoscenza di SAP S/4HANA considerata un plus
Offerta
Inserimento come Temporary Manager esclusivamente in regime di Partita IVA .
Compenso annuo indicativo: € 100.000 – 110.000 , da definire in funzione dell’esperienza e della seniority.
Possibilità di prosecuzione della collaborazione nel lungo periodo , mantenendo la formula professionale in Partita IVA .
SEDE DI LAVORO: MILANO
È richiesta disponibilità a trasferte periodiche su Madrid , in funzione delle esigenze del ruolo.
